Can't Login Due To Username Has Been Used

  1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\HBS\HPL Admin Program.exe and open.
  2. Click "Continue" when Microsoft .NET Framework popup
  3. Select your username from drop-down list and click "Reset User Active Connection" button
  4. Login again.
